Salt bath nitrating a bbl.
Shoot or dont shoot before.
If shoot, how many rounds before sbn ?

I shot mine first to make sure it would shoot, not many rounds , cleaned it real well and sent it on. It shot the same when it came back. It was a short 30-284. Hunter Class rifle when there was a case size requirement.
