Billy, in fact did, however a big variable was powder since nobody would say anything to him about it and thusly he was left on his own. All the rules changed before he completed the project. Another tidbit that most do not realize was the substantial involvment in the design of the Swindlehurst action, togeather he and Vic Swindlehurst really came up with a beauty before Kelbly's took up the production.-
