where can i find a replasement bolt for my 700 action?i have heard about some people making them.i have a magunum bolt now,looking for a 06 bolt fase.

I disrecall the name of his company, but a web search should turn it up.

I was in the same predicament a couple of weeks ago and found one in the classified ads on this site.

Talk to Remington ,send the rifle back to them for replacement bolt, easy:
 
You might want to consider - - -

A Holland bolt, a Custom bolt handle and have a good Gunsmith do the deed so that you get proper cam timing.

New remington bolts from pacific

We are finishing our first run of precision ground billet one piece bolts with integral threaded handle . They will have your choice of sako,m16 or remington extractors and offerd ground to any size . Bolts will also be offered in complete drop in units with all the bells and whistles.
