Interesting Question
I did several searches, and can't find the answer to your specific question.
I do not know if it appears on the present Weatherby Ammo Boxes, but it used to have, "to be used in Weatherby Rifles only" written on the box.
I had some personal experience with this some years back. A shooter had came out to the Lake Houston Gun Club with a custom Rem 700 Rifle chambered in 300 Weatherby. The reamer they used did not have the free bore that Weatherby uses in the Factory Rifles. Long story short, he could hardly get the bolt open with the factory Weatherby Ammo he had just purchased.
I am sure Remington has taken this into account..........jackie

If it's from the factory, it'll have a SAAMI chamber.
