Re-chambering from 17 hornet Ackley to Hornady hornet

Can someone recommend a good gunsmith for this work and also, what am I looking at for an approximate cost. There are several Cooper rifles available that are chambered for the Ackley hornet but very few for the Hornady hornet. If it is reasonable, I might but an Ackley to re-chamber.

The hornaday is smaller, so you'll have to set the barrel back, rethread and rechamber.

You'll also have to recut the extractor relief deeper after the set back.

I'm all set here, I found the rifle I wanted (Cooper model 38) with a 17 hornady chambering.
