Panda wont extract 30 br

Panda wont extract 30 br case, but will extract ppc case. Yes,bolt face was enlarged to extract 30 br.

Any thoughts ?

Extraction

Perhaps the extractor is not snapping back over the case rim as the case seats in the chamber.. There are some pretty close tolerances in there.
If you just take a case and push it straight into the bolt, can yo see the extractor come back over it??
Did you use the same extractor with no modifications??.......jackie

Yes it clicks in by hand and holds.. the extractor slides well, Better than my other pandas... Never had any problems with the PPC cases ???

A buddy of mine just had problems with some Lapua Brass and the rim thickness. His brass was for a 6.5x47L but may be a place to check on yours. 40 out of 100 was too thick.
 
Roscoe I am starting to lean that way.. As i put the brass in the bolt an turn it it does bind at one spot.. Took 3 more brass all the same way.. some worse than others, But I felt it was tooling marks made from the shell holder when the brass was neck down by the person who i bought it from... Could that be??

I just went back and checked the head space and it extracted both gauges well... Mybe it is rim thickness, What is spec. for 6br rim ?

As a side, I've gone through 500 peices of new Lapua 6mmBR Brass without a hitch, might be a tooling issue as you suspect, hard to tell.
