Higher rings or maybe move scope forward some. Does it actually hit or just yr finger pinch? How does Jeff's work?

You can send the bolt to Kelbleys and they will scallop the handle more to clear, or you can have someone do it locally. I know of one shooter who easily solved the problem by simply rotating the scope 90 degrees to the left (counterclockwise).

Have your gunsmith mandrel bend the bolt handle to clear.

High Kelbly rings will solve the problem. I speak from experience .
