offset scope rings

just an idea
it seams a more natural position for free recoil shooting when using offset scope rings

especialy if you have a big head like I do
ore does they interface with loading a round in the chamber?

I have a set on one of my Rimfire Rifles and like them alot. I also have a "Round" face and they keep my cheek off the rifle.

I've heard of these advertised, but have never seen or used them in person. Question - are they both (front/rear) offset the same distance? Reason for asking - if they are both offset the same distance does a normal scope still have enough horizontal play in the crosshairs to get to the X?

I have yet to run out of windage using offset rings. The best way to mount the scope is center the windage and elevation on the scope and bed the scope in the rings. Tony Boyer has a great section on how to do this in his book.

If they are parallel to the bore, they need approximately 1 MOA of adjustment to zero at 100 yards per inch of offset. That's not much.
