I don't want to start posting news articles on the forum. This isn't the place for it. But I think we all have an interest in this news.

Phil,Tony,
I don't think it is nearly so dire as the gent on the video makes it out to be. CSG Holdings is a big privately owned holding company. The CEO is the founder's son and has been in place for 5 years already. In all likelihood he has been well groomed, notwithstanding his age.
If you look at their holdings (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Czechoslovak_Group) you will find that they already own a majority share in Fiocchi, as well as a host of Defense, industrial & automotive companies. The Vista press release (https://news.vistaoutdoor.com/newsr...choslovak-Group-for-1.91-Billion/default.aspx) states that the majority of the sale is from new debt, with the balance from CSG, a privately held company with a net income of more than $325M per year and assets worth more than $2.5B. I don't think Vista's in danger of being tanked by CSG.
The ammo brands, production lines and the jobs associated with them will stay in the US and the management team for the new entity is drawn from the current lineup.
Who knows... with Fiocchi in the CSG mix maybe there will be some cross pollination and renewed interest in making match grade smallbore ammo in the US? While I am not holding my breath on that outcome, I think the outlook is far from the doom and gloom forecast in the video.
Just my opinion!
Phil
Watching the news and seeing students in some of these ivy league schools and some of our "favorite" congressmen condoning terrorism and anti-Semitism makes me feel that maybe we need to love ourselves a little more. At least some of us! Makes me sick to think of where some of this is headed..... no one loves us like we love ourselves....
