Nightforce Warranty Problems

Has anyone had problems with Nightforce as to getting service with warranty issues?
Sent a 12x42x56 to get checked but 7 weeks have passed and no end in sight a to when it will be back, Any one else have this problem with then???

Silly question maybe, but did you check with them to see that they have received it as yet?
 
Yes!!!!

Called Three weeks ago and they said that my scope was next in line, But I guess that the whole company works on only one scope at a time......

I have sent 2 different NF scopes back , both were there less than a week. That was at least 2 years ago however.
I guess the good news is they found something wrong with your scope.

On the other hand your scenario reminds me of the time I sent my wifes Apple laptop in for repair and they lost it. That however ended very nicely with Apple sending me a brand new much better laptop,

Just sent one off a couple of months ago. It did take several weeks for them to get to it.

Bad part is when it came back. Just the scope in the box. No note or anything saying what, if anything, was fixed. I put it back on the rifle for one match - now i am back to my Leopold 45x. I'm not sure the scope has a problem still, but I just don't trust it.

Nightforce is top notch in my book. I sent in a scope that I had done damage to. They not only fixed and returned it promptly, they No Charged the work as they said they also found and fixed a factory problem with the scope. You absolutely cannot beat that. It was rock solid before and has been rock solid since that.
