Had the same thing happen with a Shilen Select Match barrel. It would shoot two to the same hole and the rest everywhere else. Bore scoping revealed it was constricted in the middle and copper fouled horribly after two shots. A call to Shilen with the name of the smith who diagnosed the problem, and a new barrel was on the way.
