new annie 54 need opinions

I just got a new annie with the 54 action I am seeking opinions on the following necessary accoutrements.

1) best boreguide for cleaning.
2) best cleaning rod.
3) best scope rings for a 40mm tube scope with a 1 inch tube. (the rifle is a 1710 hb classic) I am looking for a ring solution that is low so as to have a good cheek weld. I also seek a solid all steel solution.

I am sure someone on this forum has already done the necessary research to find the answers I seek. Please enlighten me.

IMO:

1) http://www.mwerksllc.com/products/anschutz.html (tell him you've got the 0.187" rod from #2 so you get the matching insert) (Mike Lucas doesn't make Anschutz guides due to offset bore, btw)

2) http://www.ivyrods.com/ and his 0.187" rod w/ standard 8-32 threads

3) many/personal-preference

I got the guide for my 2013 from Champion's Choice. Its a guide supposedly from Anschutz. It fits like a glove!
