Need help, What rifle is this?

I am hoping that someone will be able to help me identify the manufacturer of this .22 cal. rifle. It has no markings on the barrel or stock other than a number, 10290, on the barrel front left of reciever. The barrel measures 28 7/8" long and is 1.22" in diameter the entire length. Although not apparent in the photos the stock appears to be 3 pieces of wood, light, dark, light. The cartridge box matches the stock. The scope is a J. Unertl 1.5" 10X.

It looks like a Remington Model 37 with a custom stock.

Thanks! After I posted this morning I took another close look and did find Al Freeland stamped on the butt hook. The custom stock something he might have done?

I think Rangemaster Model 37 with different stock and different barrel.

Thats a Rem.37 action custom barrel, stock and trigger.

Is the serial number on the action 10292? If so a later action as they made about 12200. Nice looking outfit. How does it shoot
