Need Help Identifying A Trigger in a 40X

I just purchased a 40X but I can't identify the trigger that is installed. It's a really nice trigger and needs only an ounce to set it off.

From the looks of it I think it's a Tart trigger. I heard they were made in the Pacific N.W. but were made only for a few years.
