I called Hobie Bond at Kelblys today and ordered two 50x March Scopes, with a double screw and single screw ring set for each.

Man, that is about eleven tanks of Diesel Fuel for my Motorhome. Or darned near two Benchrest Rifles.

But why not. Life's short, might as well see it through 50x magnification........jackie

you won't be sorry. I got a 50x from hobie last week and tried it out this morning. It's a very nice scope.

Jackie...

Where did you find that money tree? I thought the last hurricane stripped all the leaves?

Here in Central NY the leaves are falling and I have yet to see that money tree:confused:

You will have to give expert testimony on the scopes when they arrive

My wallet has been getting light at a frightening rate but it doesn't have anything to do with BR. It's the stock market meltdown.

where did you shoot today? i thought the rangese were closed in slcounty. it sucks because i cant site in my hunting rifle. lenh

Jackie, now you will have the chance to tear into one of those March scopes. :D You DO plan to do that; don't you?

Just kidding, but be advised the next time you come to Midland, I'm gonna' kick yer behind with that Leu36 you glued up for me. :p

Try to make it out to the tunnel sometime this fall or winter.

The State Ranges are closed Monday and Tuesday. The State sets the rules for this. I am a part time range officer at Lee Kay. We get to use the facility when it is closed-this is our compensation for being a range official. Actually we work for the State on a volunteer basis.

I fireformed brass early this morning for the bag gun, then took the Railgun out tonight and fireformed all the brass for it so I wouldn't have to do it all in Phoenix. The March 50X is the way to go in power for those used to 45X scopes on Luepolds. The Marches clarity is really nice and sharp.

I heard those are Scopes are expensive some say the best.

Best of luck seems like I never fill that 110 Gal tank anymore.

I will still have my Frozen Scopes on all but two Rifles. Heck, I can't afford that many of those things.........jackie

I know what you mean. I have a 40 and 60X and that was VERY hard to do, even one at a time.
