Most popular scope power?

A fixed is usually brighter, and some say, clearer.

Most common scope (shear numbers) is the Nightforce 12-42x.

I use a Schmidt and Bender PMII 12-50x with the Sport Fine Reticle and a set of Kelbly rings. I do like the 50x at 1000 yards and seldom turn it down other than to look at the mirage on the 600 yard firing line.

On the March scopes the variable scopes are clearer than the fixed power scopes. In most cases the fixed powers are clearer than variable, but March is different in that their variable is clearer than a fixed power scope.

The picture I sent is a new March X series 8x-80x set at 60x.
