I have scheduled 3 Air Rifle Benchrest Matches @ Capital City R&P Club in August, Me for the summer of 12. If there are enough shooters show up, I will try to schedule more. One is the Saturday before the State 50/50 match.

There was a bit of ridicule from some of the folks present @ the meeting but they did not object. Some folks are somewhat short sighted, eh?

Thanks for taking the initiative at Capital City! I'll do my best to be there for the Aug. airgun/IR50/50 match! I know what you mean by the ridicule at the club meetings. I'm the Pres. of my club, did well at the AG World Championship, and still had to fight to get permission to run indoor air rifle matches matches here. I hope you get enough attendance at your club to keep AG BR alive in ME. Paul is doing a great job in MA, hopefully Dave will be healthy enough to run a few matches in NH and we'll be scheduling a few matches here in NY. Hopefully between us we will grow a good shooter base here in the North East!

It may Happen!

I had a note this evening from an interested new shooter wanting to get involved in Airgun Benchrest. Hopefully a few more will become interested.
