Match Rifle Barrels

Can someone explain what a 4/C and a 5/C barrel is. And also is Benchmark the only people that make a two groove barrel.
 
As I understand it ... its 4 and 5 groove canted land rifling or minimally invasive rifling. Can't answer the second part.
