You know you always wonder about a companies warranty policy, for their products, especially one that just says
"Just send it back" if you have a problem.

Well my Harrell's BR Powder measure developed a problem and was not allowing smooth rotation of the knob after 10 years of use, so I called and Don answered.

He said that I may need an adjustment calibration. Send it back.
I sent the culver brass part to him on 12/31/2015 and they received the unit 1/4/2016.

Today I went to the mail box and there was my culver part back from Harrell's.
Let's see that is three days total.

This level of service is just outstanding. And the note with the culver said Thanks, No Charge.
It just does not get better that this.

I wish to express my thanks to Don of Harrell's.

Centerfire - I agree with you. I've e-mailed several vendors over the years. Many, many, of them do not even give you the courtesy of a reply. They post their e-mail address for contact but never respond. Frustrating! I guess it's a blessing though. If they treat your interest in that manner, maybe their product is that bad too!

Lynwood & his people are the BEST. I wouldn't take a "farm in Georgia" for my powder measure !!
