Lyman SuperTargetspot repairs

Does anyone know of any person or firm that repairs Lyman Super Targetspot optics? One of my Targetspots has developed a malfuncttion in the front base in that the screw will only rotate one-half turn. Fortunately it was not mounted on a rifle.

Also Quality Scope Repair Service and Iron Sight something and probably Bill Ackerman and at least one other I can't remember.
 
Quality Scope Repair spent a good deal of time talking me through a problem (frozen parallax adjustment) I was having with a Unertl. As it turned out, I never had to send the scope in. They'll have my business in the future.
 
Thanks to all who took the time to respond. I'll be surprised if I can't get help from one of the sources mentioned.
