Way to go ALL...

Considering the humidity, every score was a great one. For all you guys who fall out for all these matches...great shoot'n. Buy the way I shot in the New Braunfels match on the 16th. This is a club group match and I shot it with my Hunter rifle. Didn't come in last. I shot the smallest group in match two at 200 and came in 6th at 200. Out am classed in equipment and talent in group shooting, but had a great time. The gals gave Frank Wilson a nice cake and ice cream ceremony for his 90th birthday. Frank had equipment problems during the match; but finished his cake and ice cream.

I retired from running the VFS/Hunter matches at the Austin Rifle Club after more than 20 years. However, they are still held the last Sunday of every month at 1pm. Something to consider during the winter months.

Keep shoot'n...virg.
