Leupold M8 -36X
Bought today a used M8 -36x
to mount on new rifle build for long range target
this has target knobs and fine x-hair reticule, no dot
I will take to Leupold this week to have tuned up and tell me what the Per click value is,
question is should I have a cross hair - dot reticule installed while it is there ? and or change out caps to BDC ??? opinions, experience please
as I see it, for me, the dot would give quicker acquisition, I am used to a custom multi ( 4 ) dot reticule
on a mk4 8.5 x 25 was set up for 6mm so not apples and apples at extended range with a 7mm
I wanted it, i earned it so i bought another scope I like 'em i may just get another, thank you
