I recently purchased a Hart base from the classifieds that has a bent leg adjustment screw. Is this something I can pick up from Carr-Lane or McMaster Carr, or do I need to purchase the whole 3 screw set from Hart? Thanks!

I bought my Hart rest years ago from Sinclairs before they brought out their own. They sell individual screws. One thing you might want to consider is getting a Speed Screw instead. The are used for quick adjustments in elevation.

Ken, for what it is worth keep one original screw in the right front, get a speed screw for the rear and for the left front look into the McMaster 6875k362 or page 2212. This will speed your leveling at different ranges, if you glued a level on your rest.
If your left handed just reverse.
