What's involved in removing the trigger from a glued-in action? Anything that a neophyte can mess up?

Your rifle, but many glued in rifles have a trigger holder that allows the trigger removal from the bottom of the stock without removing the action.

Lighter fluid itself is the cleaner and the lubricant. It is a petroleum byproduct which like diesel and kerosene is an oil itself.

Agree technically; however, most folks do not think of lighter fluid as a lubricant. Its best use is lighting cigars, cigarettes, and pipes. However, it's losing a lot of its market share now days.

Actually it is made from Fairy Dust. Very slippery stuff.
