Who uses a pay phone
There are certain people who always use a pay phone. They are drug cartel leaders, mafia wise guys, terrorists, the homeless, spies, aging ex death camp guards in foreign countries without extradition treaties, men in bars offering implausible excuses to angry spouses, bookies, people in prison, those calling in hoax bomb threats, snitches, obscene phone callers and of course Jay Lynn.
