PS "Tuner Update" Jackie won todays 2 Gun with a tuner
that he designed and made himself. Jackie only made
two adjustments to his tuner during the match to keep
his rig shooting match winning aggs.

If there is a better tuner design out there, I for one, would
like to see it. Battle tested in the "competitive arena"

I would like to get my hands on one........:eek:Vic

Great shooting by all.. good to see Jackie on top...

Looks like Jackie is turning into the "Tiger Woods" of the GulfCoast........unbeatable.

Funny, how he used to complain that his dyslexia would not allow him to shoot competitively at 200 yards, couldnt do more than one thing at a time, I guess those days are gone, or the tuners, boattail bullets, and frozen scopes took care of the problem.

Good shooting.................Don

Congratulations Jackie. It looks like another range with windy conditions this weekend.

Congratulations

Jackie, Jay Lynn and Vic. Good shooting!!

What a Week End

Have you ever shot an entire Two Gun event, and been fearful of looking through the scope after every shot. That is the kind of conditions we had to endure this week end at Tomball.
Even the early morning matches were "blessed" with light switch winds that would eat you up if you got the least bit lax. Those just turned into 'heavy" (with a capitol "H"), switchy winds that could wreck your entire agg with one mistake. I am mentally "beat" after this week end. As well is just about everyone who endured the trials of Tomball.
I would like to thank all of the shooters who made the trip. While the attendance was just in the 30's, when you have shooters the caliber of Charles Hukeba, Scott Hunter, Jay Lynn Gore, Leon Gast, Dr Ken Terrel, Bob Estes, Nick Marino, Doctor Tim, and others, in the mix, it will be a week end where you better have your "A" game going.
As usual, the Boy Souts did a fantastic job as the Target Crew. We, (the Tomball Gun Club), also got to hand the local Troupe a $1000 dollar check, (it will be as much as $2500 for the upcomming Crawfish), for their efforts. In my opinion, it is money well earned, and well spent.
Had a great time.......jackie

Jackie

Congratulations on another win. Under those conditions that win must be one of your most satisfying.

Looking at all the scores of the leaders I must say they all shot great for those conditions. Congratulations to all.

That list looks so impressive I may just have to make a pilgrimage to next years match just to watch that kind of shooting and be around such fine shooters.
