J&J slide

Rather than let this J&J Slide thing die I have a couple more questions. 1) What determines whether a short or long one is needed? Now that we've got that out of the way 2) I would assume it is tuned by the ring on the slide? Is there a method to tune this device? I'm speaking of a systematic method of adjusting it to your gun like the Hopewell method to adjust a tuner?
3) Does is come in UK Blue?;)

The thing works. I shot next to Dan Killough last month in San Angelo in the wind and he shot 2-250s out of three targets.

His little gun just went piff when he shot. Piff.......Piff

Whistler,

Long or Short? Take your pick.
The long slide, I recommend that you put the slide weight flush with the end and then use Hopewell method to tune.

The short slide, place it on the tuner with your current setting and adjust the slide to change the amount of air that comes through the holes. If you can not get it to shoot this way, then adjust the tuner to "50" and adjust the slide to change amount of air coming through the holes.

The blue colored slide looks great, but it might be just a touch lighter than KY Blue.

Hope this helps.
