Is the Shooting Star W/T/M Bracket still available??

Does anyone know if the Shooting Stars W/T/M bracket is available anywhere? The bracket still appears as a ad on Benchrest central but both the phone number and email are not working. I would like to purchase one, any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have contacted Wilbur hoping he may have contact information since the ad still pops up on this site.

I got a reply from Wilbur and he could not help with contact information.I am hoping someone may have one they no long need and will offer it for sale.

I tried the email and that came back undeliverable, the phone number 719-590-7336 is no longer in service. I have left a message on the cell #719-337-6354 but have not had a call back.
