I was not there so I did not see this act personally but my source is as reliable as you if you had told it to me!
There for I felt and still feel that rules infractions should be called out as they are!!
I will repeat this was second hand from a person as reliable as you!

Pete I hope your friend "called out these offenders at the time he saw it". Anyone who that sees a bolt in a gun at the range should ask the owner to remove it immediately. If you don't you are just as guilty as the offender in my opinion.
