Interesting gun/crime statistics

Very well done but redundant. It has long been apparent that the real agenda behind gun control has nothing to do with crime reduction.
 
I am simply amazed that the whole "assault weapon" craze got reinvigorated by an incident (Sandy Hook) in which the semi-automatic AR style rifle was not even used. (It was left in the car).

It's an oft repeated truism that "for evil to triumph all that is required is for good people to do nothing" - and when good people are stripped of the tools needed to mount an appropriate response, why are people then surprised when evil wins?
