What would you build for a 300 yard rifle, 25 lb weight limit, no barrel or stock profile rules. The format allows no wind flags, no sighters and the range has tricky winds. There is often considerable haze such that bullet holes are hard to see. The target has generous size scoring rings, but due to wind and haze result in most matches being won clean rather than on tie breakers.
