How does one post on a blog?

Laugh all you want, but I don't know how to post on a blog, and I want to learn.:)

Howdy,
Just looking to learn how to reply. Seems like a useful tool that could potentially be used as an alternative to having informative threads go south and getting people too riled up. I want to learn how they work. I haven't enough knowledge or experience to start my own!:)

Right at the bottom of the blog entry there's a little pencil like icon. It says post a comment. It's just off to the left of the entry.

Starting one is not hard either.
 
some folks don't allow replies to their blogs....i guess it's a good /bad thing:confused:
you can state yor opinions and not listen to others flack
