How do I ask a question on Rimfire Central

How do I ask a question on this site? I am loged on but I can not see where to ask a question. Any suggestions?

YOu would do it exactly like you would here. Go to the topic header that suits you and click "new Thread".
 
You just did ask a question, or am i missing something?
 
Just because you can log on does not mean you can post messages. The site Admin needs to grant posting rights. Look to see what your rights are. For example on this site they show up in the bottom left hand corner.

If you are on the "Home Page" (rimfirecentral.com), you have to click on the "Forums" in the upper/right area on the Home Page. Once your in the forums area (rimfirecentral.com/forums), pick a forum and post away.
