Hotel arrangements for the VFS/Hunter match at Tomball 7/16

I have 15 rooms reserved for the Gulf Coast VFS/Hunter match on July 16/17. The hotel is the same. Tomball Comfort Suites. 281-290-7070. Plesae make your reservations soon. I will be removing my credit card which is holding the rooms 7 days prior to the match. Russell M. Match Director
 
OK everyone the Match is 3 weeks off. If anyone needs a room please call & get it rerserved. I can not guarantee what the room rate will be because only 3 rooms have been booked. The manager told me I need at least 8 rooms to get the lower rate of 59.99. I have the rooms reserved on my credit card. I will be stopping that today. Hope to see you at the match.

I just booked a room from your reserved block and was told the rate will be $79.99 per night.

Ok here is the deal. It does not look like we are going to get close to the number of rooms required to get the 59.99 rate. I will check again the day before the match to see what kind of rate I can get. russell m
 
Confirmed room today for 15th&16th, leaving the 17th after the match. See ya all there....
