You are probably going to find that 4198 is too fast fo ra 6BR, especially for bullets in then 95 grn range and accuracy with the lighter bullets.
That is not saying that you can't use it. But accuracy is generally found in what is known as the fulll density loads. In other words, the powder that gives maximum velocity when the case is at 95 percent, (and in some cases more,) full.
Many times, andwith some specific powders, this does not hold true. 4895 and 4064, for some reason, shoot quite well in a 30-06, while at first glance, look too fast.
Let's say that a good velocity for the 6BR is 3450 with a typical 68 grn match bullet. The charge od N135, or Varget, that it takes to achieve that will just about touch the base of the seated bullet.
The charge of 4198 to do the same thing would probably be down at the case shoulder junction.
Powders that are too fast for an application tend to be very hard on brass, with no advantage in velocity, or accuracy. So many Benchrest Shooters shy away. That is what many have found when using N130 in a 6PPC.
If you want recommended loads for that fast of a powder in the 6BR, I would consult a loading manual.........jackie
