Sorry, I figured you could read my mind in that I was talking back to the person missing his point.
It isn't necessary to put a tag on a car, have insurance or have a driver's license until you operate the car on public roads. You can drive drunk if you want around a farm or any private property with no government restrictions other than the legal responsibility for the consequences of your actions.
I recently read where a guy mowing his lawn with a beer was arrested by passing police. It claimed his violation was operating equipment while drinking.... or something like that. What does that mean? I don't know; just throwing it in the mix.

I've never mowed my lawn with a beer but I HAVE burned swamps with molotov cocktails......
