Early arrivals

If you plan to show-up for our match and unload your stuff Thursday, I will be at the range. Just give me a call.

Start times and costs?

Jackie,

Since I do not have a rail gun, I will be there Sunday. What time do the matches start, and what are the costs? I also assume that the HV class will be 5 shot groups, and not 10 like the UL? I preload, and need to be prepaired for a certian number of rounds.

Wes

Ther Heavy Varmint on Sunday is the standard HV 5-Shot 100-200 yard format. The match will start at 8:00 AM Sunday.............jackie

i thought about it

Wes,

I thought about doing that, but that means I would have to plan a bigger weekend that I can chew off. I am the coach for one of my boys baseball teams, and this is opening weekend. I'm already going to miss April 10th and 17th due to the Denton shoot, and the Crawfish. So if I missed this weekend too, I might get fired from my volunteer coaching position.

Plus if I wait till Sunday, my dad can come down with me, and we can both shoot. I'm planning on bringing my wife for the Crawfish, and maybe this year she will not get sick, and spend the next 5 days in the hospital.

New Generator

Glen Oakes managed to get the new generator up and running today. He did all the wiring etc.

All of us benchrest shooters need to let him know how much we appreciate the great job he did for us. I don't know what we would do without Glen's help.

Please let Glen know how much you appreciate his efforts when you see him.
I am very grateful for his assistance and experience.
