I have heard a few commentators blame this http://www.abc.net.au/news/2018-01-...hest-temperature-recorded-in-79-years/9309552 (117.1°F) on 'global warming'. So what was to blame for the 1939 heat wave?
No mention of this though http://www.spaceweather.com/ - there is a blast of solar wind messing with our climate right now.
