Given UP?

Until Wilbur arrives and takes control there is nothing much we can do against a programmed computer that is locked into posting spam.

It posts as fast as we delete...

There is only one 'power' who can do that - the administrator of the site, who happens to be away right now...
 
Francis, don't mess with the moderators...they're not in a good mood, right now. ;)
 
If the current moderators cannot ban Dr. Maddison, can they put that account onto a "post needs approval" moderated status? Then his spam could just sit and rot.
 
I've started to get this same stuff through an E-mail account (started yesterday AM). Contacted the administrator also.
 
I just want to thank the moderators for their hard work. I know if they had the power to resolve the issue it would have been done already.

No, no, and no, we have zero power dealing with user accounts, all we can do is delete individual posts. And no we cannot even delete all the posts by a particular User except one at a time. We can delete multiple messages at a time but only after selecting each one individually.

Absolutly agree Ted... They're fight'n with all the tools that's at their disposal.... May be time they get more power.
To help take the burden off Wilbur ...

But as of 8:00 CST 10-14-11... Wilbur has taken up the FIGHT..! Centerfire forum is clear and not being BLOWN OUT..
