Front bag suggestions

I'd like to get a new front bag for a rimfire rifle with a 3" flat fore-end and would like some suggestions.

I was considering the Protektor #3

Well, I haven't bought anything yet and am still deciding. I'm really just trying to upgrade my current setup some and I've realized that I should get a new rear bag too, considering what I've been using isn't very good at all.

I'm strongly considering the Protektor #3 front bag still, and am looking at their rear bags too. I can't decide between the 13A or 14A rear bags (Heavy bottom Rabbit or heavy bottom Bunny). I'm going with Protektor because I'm only going to use the money I make from a couple projects to upgrade my equipment. Edgewood looks great, but is way out of my price range.

Once again, the stock I'm using this summer has a 3" flat fore-end, and 1" flat toe that runs almost parallel to the fore-end (1/2" drop in the toe).
Here's a little photo for reference. The rifle will be for 10.5-lb. class rimfire.

Which of the rear bags do you think would fit that stock better?

I would go with Dave at Trukote or Seb. Both are fine bags and you don't need the powder.

Ultra Fabric Bags

The bags I have are Protektor bags with Ultra Fabric sewn in. Much better than Cordura. I've attached a photo. Email me for more info.

I figured I'd dig up this relatively old thread one last time...

I just got off the phone with Dave Dohrmann and am very happy. A couple weeks ago I ordered from him a 3" wide front rest and custom rear bag with his Ultra-Fabric and some stock tape. He called to give me a little more information about the bags and told me that they're shipping today.

More people should do business like this. Can't wait to get that package.
