freezing and mounts

I have been reading here about having scopes frozen (locked) and external adjustment mounts. Most of it is a little old and I am looking for current information. I have looked through the advertisers here and found nothing. Here are some of my questions and or request for information.

1) I would like the names of people that offer scope freezing (locking). Web site links would be nice also.

2) I would like the same information for external adjustment scope mounts

3) If possible I would like to see some pictures
