Forward Offset Scope Rings

Does anyone know where I can find a set of forward offset scope rings that I can mount a 1" scope tube on an ANS 54 action? All the ones I have seen are one piece mounts for AR with picatinny rails and stuff. I am looking for a simple two piece set of rings.
