Kestrel 4000

I'm not Gene but the Kestrel 4000 works real well. It records the data and saves a bunch of data points. You can adjust the time interval that it records for. On match day, set it for a shorter interval and then you can see how the data changes throughout the day. You just have to record the time you go to the line so you can correlate to the data recorded. I think you can get a pc interface cable as well; extra cost of course. The only downside is the 4000 is a bit spendy. Look around for the better pricing.

My old Krestel 4000 stores about 250 data points in each catagory. The new Krestel 4000 stores 2000, so says Krestel. Can the old ones be updated? No, says Krestel.

Can we get a shooters bailout for this?

As to upgrading the older Kestrel 4000's, I think about $700 Billion would handle it. I could even send Pete a few bullets with that much.

Seriously, the older models, 250 data points set at 30 minutes, gives you about 5.2 days of data. I can shoot, go home, then analyze my data with the Kestrel records. If someone ever figures out a liner relationship, or any relationship, of atmospheric changes to tune changes, I'm all set!!
