It now has a case feeder.

Is the link to the album complete with videos and photos. The first video should answer the question, does the base of the case get too hot.

Man, I like my Brassomatic (got it before the price went up) and I don't have the fabrication skills you obviously do... but that is pretty slick ;)

So... when are you starting taking orders for a conversion kit to fit a 650 feeder to a Brass-O-Matic? :D
 
What happened to the washing machine, trying to bring down production cost? joe :D
 
I figure if I took the idea from the gentleman that came up with the brass-o-matic I’ll let him take my automation design and sell it. So, you’ll have to talk to him about a retrofit. I do have a few “saw blades” left if anyone is interested.

Really neat. But I have a question. In one video the time the case is in the flame is about 3 seconds and on the other video it is in the flame about 7 seconds. And on another one I watched somewhere else it was 4 seconds. The flames appeared to be adjusted about the same. I have used a case holder made of aluminum and two torches to anneal. I just count one thousand one, one thousand two, etc. I stop and dump the case at 4 seconds. If I go to 5-6 the neck begins to get red which is way to hot from what I have read. Any thoughts?

The very first video (on the washing machine) They were getting over done. The dwell time has to be adjusted (change the voltage) for different cases as a .458 win mag takes longer than a .17 rem. Red is way to hot from what I've learned too.
 
I finally contacted everyone that wanted a “blade” after I ran out of the last batch. I have had another run of the blades CNC cut and scale tracings of the top plate, drive wheel and arms if anyone is interested in building one send me a PM.
