Dream Barrel

Just trying to pick a few brains.
If you could get your hands on what you would think would be the best RF bench gun barrel for a 100yd gun what would you get built:
Twist, Lan/Grv measurements, number of groves, choke, length, outside Dia, Taper, Chamber ?
Remember this would be your drop dead accurate barrel.

Hard to believe that no one can come up with a dream barrel.
One thing I wonder about is why I hear about the reverse choke can anyone explain why this works or is it just a spin.

Everyone seems to have thier own ideas of the perfect barrel and it often changes from season to season. Lots of em are winners just pick the right ammo.I would stick with around a 16" twist just because around here we shoot in cooler weather a lot. I like my Broughton.
