No, they are still HDPE, but virgin plastic, not re-grind. They are a LOT more break resistant. They will still break, but they take a lot more abuse than they used to.

What size hole in the daisy? My "ten pedal" has 3/16" center hole, but I have some "8 pedal" that are 9/32". Thanks

I use these daisies on a 3/16" shaft. I believe the hole is approx .205. There is enuf material in the centers to drill these out to about .300 if need be.

The daisies I got from Kevin Hovis the holes were about .310". I drilled to .375 and put .375" insert (teflon) .375" long w/.192 " hole in middel. I use 5/32" SS welding/tig wire for shaft.
