.........how many of the components on these rifles, along with the machining centers, look familiar?

I think owner and chief designer Vladislav Lobaev has probably spent some time at Kelblys Super Shoot.

Got to laugh at the reporter that decided step out in front of the large cartridge muzzle breaked rifle for the interview closer.........staged or were the shooters setting him up for a little surprise? Probably lucky to have not lost an ear drum............Don

Russian Pandas?

I was at Kelbly's a few years ago and he had 2 customs he was going to send
to Russia. The reason I noticed them was because they were dull black stocks and all the rest of the guns lined up on the wall were bright colored stocks. They had a World map on the office wall with pins to show where they have sent custom guns. A lot of pins spread out on that World Map - very impressive.:D
 
That rifle pictured has a Robertsons SG&Y F-Class stock, and looks like a Panda action...
 
Man, I bet he lost some hearing. Maybe while they are shooting rabbit eyes out at a mile with the best guns in the world they should get a little safety training!

The Chinese???? Naa.
Too busy, making cheap junk, for Walmart shoppers.
They don't have time for playing with expensive firearms. And there is no private ownership of firearms. They are still a little Communist.
