Curtis Nelson wins 200 at IBS 200-300 Nationals

Dick Grosbier

Club Coordinator
Curtis Nelson with a 250-12x led the pack at Thurmont today with Fred Ridgway hot on his Heals with 250-11x. Only 8 VFS shooters had 250's at the end of the day.

Gary Long with 250-6x was the sole 250 in Hunter Class and Dave Thomas had the only 250 in Varmint Hunter Class with 250-8x.

Full details at http://internationalbenchrest.com/

Today we move the targets back to 300yds amd weather is going to 83 so its almost a given that mirage will rear it's ugly head.

Server problems ???

This is very strange, the results were in fact uploaded last evening. Hoewever when I came in this afternoon and saw the two above messages I checked it out and everything I posted last evening is gone from the server. My guess would be the server had a problem and the whole IBS website was restored from a backup to some point before last evening. At any rate at this point it is fixed and I am working on todays results.

About the server failure

Sure enough I got this message ,

"Around 12:00 EST the hard drive on the ROBINSON server crashed. We were able to restore all accounts through local backups over the last few hours.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thanks for your patience."
