Congratulations to my friend Herb Llewellyn. I am given to understand he was recently notified by the Chairman of the IBS Records Committee that two potential Light Varmint for Score records he submitted this season have been affirmed by the committee.

The First Record was shot May 16th at the York Range during the Pennsylvania State Championship match, Herbie turned in a 500-35x with the old record of 34x being held by Allie Euber since June of 2007.

The Second Record was set on the 22 of August at The Black Creek Range near Richmond VA , a 100 Meter score of 250-20x eclipsing the 250-19x record shot by Dave Short in September 2004.

Congratulations Herbie and keep it up. This makes 3 LV records he currently owns

Herbie, Congratulations on some really fine shooting and the records! Thanks for always taking the time to answer questions from this newbie...You are not only a excellent shooter.. but also a good man.

Congradulations

I have enjoyed watching you shoot this year. You certainly deserve the praises. And don't worry about not being as pretty as Kim, none of the rest of us qualify either.:)

It is a different fellow than the one who showed up at that that groundhog shoot with a factory .308 and a bucket of sand bags. YOU ROCK, FRED!!!!

Congratulations Herbie!
It doesn't seem like very long since Kim and Herb came on the the scene. Both of you have shot better and better over that short time to the point that winning and record-setting performances are a regular thing. Good for you both...
