Congratulations to Joe Oates the top overall Junior shooter in the PSL Lapua series, and he finished 21st amongst everyone. He even beat his dad. Joe, will be shooting among the big hitters for many years.

Joe it has been a pleasure to see you competing at the matches during all of 2009. You are one heck of a shooter and you will continue to get better as time goes by. One day you will lead the pack. Hope to see you and your dad at the Indoor ARA Nationals in December.
